Reporting something that went wrong

For a useful report, include:

Everlete version and build number;
iPhone model and iOS version;
the screen or workout type;
what you were trying to do;
what happened and what you expected; and
whether you can make it happen again.

A screenshot can help, but remove anything you do not want to share. Never send passwords, authentication codes, a full data export, or sensitive health details in an ordinary support message.
