Everlete is an invited-beta workout planner and logger operated by Eivind Staalesen in Norway.
Everlete is a training tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose injury or illness, verify recovery, or replace qualified care.
Everlete may process the information you choose to provide while using the beta:
Everlete does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking. The beta does not integrate with HealthKit and does not automatically read health or wearable data.
Your iPhone holds the working copy of your training data in Everlete's private app storage. If you create or sign in to an account, Supabase hosts your account and one account-owned backup snapshot. The app uses account-scoped access rules and revision checks so one signed-in account cannot read another account's backup through the normal client.

These providers process technical and account information under their own service terms and privacy obligations, and may do so outside Norway, including in the United States. Everlete has no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or attribution providers, and shares your information with no one else.
Cloud account data is retained until you delete the Everlete account. Local training data remains on the iPhone until you erase it in Everlete or delete the app.
Deleting your Everlete account deletes the account itself and, with it, your cloud backup snapshot, your beta access record, and the server-side records of your AI plan-review requests. Those AI records hold the returned suggestion, the model name, request size, and token counts; they do not store the content you sent.
Everlete keeps no separate copy of your data after that deletion. The service providers listed above may still hold ordinary technical logs for a limited period under their own retention policies, which Everlete does not control.
Profile › Account and data lets you export a readable JSON copy, erase local training data, restore an eligible empty installation, or permanently delete the account and cloud backup. Account deletion separately asks whether to keep or erase the local training history. For Sign in with Apple beta accounts, Everlete also shows the manual Apple Account step needed to remove the app's Apple authorization, because the current beta does not retain an Apple refresh token for server-side revocation.
Beta feedback and data export stay under your control. Everlete does not collect them automatically. When you export your training data or share the beta feedback template, Everlete prepares the content on your iPhone and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet, where you choose the recipient and how much to include. Feedback you send through Apple's TestFlight app goes to Apple and then to Everlete under Apple's terms.
Most measurements, recovery details, notes, pain reports, and AI plan-review requests are optional. You can edit or reject a proposed workout, substitute an exercise, skip optional effort feedback, correct logged sets without erasing their correction trail, export your data, sign out, or delete the account.
Because Everlete is operated from Norway, testers in Norway and the wider EEA can ask for access to their information, correction of it, deletion of it, a portable copy, or restriction of its use, and can object to a particular use. Everlete's in-app export and delete controls already provide the fastest route to most of these. To make any other request, contact privacy@everlete.app. Do not email passwords or authentication codes.
If you believe a request has been handled badly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Everlete uses platform authentication, private app storage, encrypted network connections, account-scoped database rules, and validated data contracts. No system can guarantee absolute security. Because this is a small invited beta, please report suspected unauthorized access promptly to privacy@everlete.app.
The invited beta is intended for adults. Do not use it to store information about a child.
This notice may change as the beta adds or removes data flows. Material changes will be dated here and communicated to active testers before they apply.
