Your sport changes what the programme should build.

A golfer, fighter, runner and someone building everyday fitness should not receive the same programme. Everlete treats what you train for as part of the coaching—not as a label added afterwards.

Your practice stays at the centre. Everlete coordinates the physical preparation around it; technical skill coaching stays with a qualified sport coach.

One programme, shaped around what you train for.

Your programme starts with the details.

Everlete asks enough to coach properly—without pretending one goal or fitness label explains you. Every answer stays visible in a plan you review before applying.

Your plan has direction. Your next workout fits today.

Everlete connects the longer-term goal with today's reality, then gives you one clear next step.

01

Build your coaching brief

Set priorities, sport or activity, schedule, equipment, experience and preferences—then review the complete plan.

02

Train and log

Follow a complete session with exercises, sets, targets, rest and substitutions, then record what actually happened.

03

Let the plan keep learning

Performance, skipped work and feedback become evidence for what comes next—not a punishment workout or a rigid calendar.

Your day changed. Everlete adjusts the session.

The goal and important training stay intact. The time, equipment and volume can flex.

Fit to 45 minutes

Accessory volume was reduced while the primary movement coverage stayed intact.

Squat target progressed

Your last two completed sessions reached the top of the prescribed range.

Pressing held steady

The evidence is incomplete, so Everlete keeps the previous target instead of guessing.

Coaching you can understand.

Everlete shows the evidence behind each recommendation. Tested rules govern progression, workout validity and safety-sensitive decisions.

01

Traceable progression

Generated loads come from explicit history and rules, with safe fallbacks when evidence is missing.

02

Reasoning you can see

The workout shows what changed and the evidence behind the recommendation.

03

Safety overrides progression

Pain or concerning symptoms stop automatic progression instead of being optimized around.

04

Human approval

High-impact changes remain visible and reviewable. You can substitute, edit or reject a proposal.

Whatever progress means to you, the plan starts there.

You do not need to fit a fitness identity. Everlete starts with the outcome you want and what you can do today.

Questions, answered.

Is Everlete a finished public product?

No. It is currently an invited iPhone beta. This stage is validating the coaching loop and real-world usability before a broader launch.

Who is Everlete for?

Everlete is for adults who want training to fit their goals and real life—from a first programme or a return to exercise to consistent or competitive training. It can support strength, endurance, mobility, general fitness and physical preparation around a sport.

Can Everlete tailor training to my sport or activity?

Yes. Your sport or activity becomes part of the training context. Everlete can coordinate strength, endurance, conditioning, mobility and recovery around goals such as martial arts, golf, running, cycling, swimming, calisthenics or general fitness. It supports physical preparation rather than replacing technical sport coaching.

Does AI decide everything?

No. AI can help interpret context and explain proposals, but progression, constraints and safety-sensitive behavior remain bounded by deterministic rules.

Can I change the proposed workout?

Yes. You can edit, substitute, regenerate or reject the proposal, and change your available time or equipment.

Does Everlete provide medical advice?

No. Everlete does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions. Pain and concerning symptoms override automatic progression and may require qualified care.
